Refund Policy

At Hamza Foods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality food products every time. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item.

The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

The order was not delivered.

You canceled the order before dispatch (see Cancellation Policy below).
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

Change of mind after the order is delivered.

The delay was caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Items were not stored or handled properly after delivery.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@hamzafoods.pk with the following details:

Description of the issue

Photo evidence (if applicable)
Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement by emailing us at contact@hamzafoods.pk. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
